Terms of Service
Estimates
On site estimates are free and valid for 30 days. Scope changes discovered after work begins are quoted and approved in writing before proceeding.
Scheduling
Installation dates are estimates and may shift with weather or ground conditions. We notify you of any change as soon as we know.
Payment
Installation projects typically require a deposit at scheduling with the balance due on completion. Maintenance accounts are billed monthly.
Warranty
Workmanship is warranted for one year. Plant material is warranted for one growing season when watering instructions are followed. Questions? Call (757) 384-5322.
